Returns & Refunds
Because many BFK Gallery pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, or produced in small quantities, all sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact BFK Gallery within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. This helps us determine whether the issue occurred before or during delivery.
Items That Are Not Returnable
We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, preference changes, normal wear, or damage that occurs after delivery, including damage caused by use, handling, storage, modification, cleaning, repair attempts, or accidents.
Custom & Personalized Work
Custom, personalized, made-to-order, and specially commissioned pieces are final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was agreed upon.
Approved Claims
If a claim is approved, BFK Gallery may require the item to be returned before issuing a refund, replacement, repair, or other appropriate resolution. Return instructions will be provided when a return is required.
For approved claims involving an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, BFK Gallery will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
How to Report a Problem
Please contact BFK Gallery through your order email thread or the contact options on this website before sending an item back. Do not send a return until you have received return instructions from BFK Gallery.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
